How much is shipping?
★ Shipping is determined by weight. Domestic (US) shipping starts at $3.50.
Do you ship internationally?
★ International shipping is not available through my BigCartel since I can't manage a high volume of international orders!
However, if you are interested in a product from my store, you can contact me and I can set up a special PayPal invoice for international shipping!
When will my order arrive?
★ I ship every Friday, and dometic (US) orders can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to arrive. All US orders come with tracking. On that note, I do not offer rush shipping.
I entered the wrong address for my order. What do I do?
★ Please contact me via [email protected] as soon as you notice you have entered the wrong address. If the item isn't shipped already, I can change the address easily. If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer and no refunds will be issued.
Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
★ All sales are final and I do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. This applies as well. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing. If there is a problem with your order, please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with your concern so I can assist you. For payments via PayPal, in the event that a refund is granted, the refund will have the PayPal fee deducted from your total refund.
Will you make (insert pin here) again?
★ Depending on the popularity of the pin, I might consider making more of them in the future. My Violet Evergarden pin is a good example, since she's sold out and I still have people asking about her, so I'd likely make more of her. You can keep up to date about what pins I will re-make via my Instagram! Feel free to leave a suggestion on which pins you'd like to see again.
I recieved the wrong item! What do I do?
★ Please contact me immediately! It was most likely my mishap during shipping. I am the sole person running this shop, so it's very easy for me to make a small slip up such as this! I will be sure to send you the correct item as soon as I can.
How long will my pre-order item take to get to me?
★ All of my pre-order items will have a projected shipping date in the description! Please read through carefully before purchasing if you do not wish to wait for the allocated time to recieve your product. Pre-order dates will always vary.
